  1. I/We shall pay the amount of ₦ being first installment payment
  2. I/We understand that there will be no refund of any payment made.
  3. I/We understand that my/our inability to complete the total payment at the end of period will subject me to payment the prevailing market price.
  4. I/We understand that there shall be no conversion of any amount paid in buying any of our product.
  5. I/We understand that any default from me shall attract 10% of the monthly installment.

Are there any impediment on your locations?

No, our locations are free from every known government acquisition.

What is the transaction cycle?

  • Payment of initial deposit
  • Collection of receipt
  • Issuance of acknowledgement letter upon 50% payment
  • Issuance of allocation letter (upon physical allocation)

Are there any restrictions on building type?

Yes, the estate layout is in sections and you are limited to building houses in easch section based on the designated designs and plan for the section. However, all building designs must conform to the required setback of buildng control of the estate and such design will be approved by the comapny and the state government.

Can i resell my plot(s)?

Yes, a subscriber that has fully paid up for his/her plot(s) can resell their land. The buyer will inherit all assets and liabilities on the plot(s). Hibat Homes and Properties would require the seller to provide the company with the details of the buyer.

What is the payment structure?

  • Outright
  • Three (3) months
  • Six (6) months
Default charges attracts 10% interest monthly.

What document will i get after initial deposit?

You'll always get receipt of payment as soon as you are done with each payment and Acknowledgment document is issued upon 50% payment.

Can i pay in cash to your consultant?

No! All payments should be made to the company's account which is below.

Yes, the access roads are motorable.

Is the price subject to change?

Yes, it is. The price changes when the building of infrastucture commences.

When can i commence with construction?

Construction can commence once the payment has been fully made and all building approvals sought gotten from Hibat Homes and Properties Ltd.

What document will i get after initial deposit?
